Coats for Kids Program

Springfield Public Schools students in need of a winter coat may qualify for our Coats for Kids Program. School nurses work with staff to identify students and submit requests on their behalf. Vouchers are then provided to schools for distribution to eligible students.

Coats For Kids

Please use this form to request winter coat vouchers for students in your school who need a coat. School nurses should submit one form for all students requesting a coat.
