The McCormick Scholarship, which supports African American students at Central High School to continue their education, has been extended. The deadline to apply is August 5! This scholarship will be awarded for $1,500.
Scholarship Requirements:
- Student must be a 2021 graduate of Central High School
- Student must be African American
- Student must be enrolled in a public university in Missouri
- Student must have a financial need for support
- Student must have maintained a 2.5 GPA or greater while enrolled in prep courses
- Student must provide the name of two Central High School Teacher/Coach/Principal/Counselor for references
